Gymnastics week 2

Today was our second session for gymnastics.We learnt a lot of things and tried new skills.I would like to update you on the new things I have been learning we have been doing star jumps, Squat jumps, monkey and half turn and lots more I have learned.Today we were practising locomotion which means movement (examples of the way you move is running,  jumping,  hopping and jogging ).Our coach was Kane he was very Flexible which made it easier for him to do the stations.We had to use our mussels a lot so it made it so much fun we learnt how to move in lots of ways and so that was quite strange have our body's in different shape but cool at the same time.
